International Visitors to Dave's Pages

When I first started a Web page, I wanted to add a flag and a native language greeting whenever someone from outside the United States visited. I've had so many wonderful visitors and so many flags that eventually the flags made loading very slow. I decided to move my collection so that I'm not quite so rude :).
